How to delete your account
A simple request process, with verification to protect your account.
Send your request
Use the email button and request deletion of your DoorDig account. Include your name and the last four digits of your registered mobile number to help us locate your account.
Verify your identity
Our team will explain any verification needed to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests. Never share your OTP or password by email.
Deletion is processed
After verification, we will review and process the request, including any data that must be retained for legal or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
What happens to your information?
We aim to remove account information that is no longer necessary, while keeping only records that must reasonably be retained for applicable legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
